摘　　要：随着城市化进程和“退二进三”等政策的颁布,工业遗产逐渐丧失了原有的功能,但由于其自身还蕴含着大量的综合价值而受到越来越多的关注。文章将以太原市某厂房再生利用为例,充分考虑既有工业遗产在潜在价值、厂区现状和再生模式等多种因素,通过载体选择、价值评估、现状实测和再生设计等路径来实现工业遗产的转型再生,以期推动工业遗产的转型发展研究。With the urbanization process and the promulgation of policies such as"decelerating the second industry and developing the third industry"have gradually made the industrial heritage decline in original functions,but it has attracted more and more attention because it still contains a great deal of comprehensive value.This paper takes the recycling of a factory building in Taiyuan as an example,this paper analyses the existing industrial heritage in terms of the potential value,the present situation of the plant and the mode of regeneration,through the selection of the carrier,the evaluation of the value,and so on.The present situation measurement and regeneration design are used to realize the transformation and regeneration of industrial heritage in order to promote the research on the transformation and development of industrial heritage.
