摘 要:环境风险管理成为当前环境管理的一项重点,环境风险评价是提高环境风险管理效率的有力措施。文章基于环境风险系统研究和环境事件机理分析,建立道路运输环境风险评价指标体系。以重庆市某区县为例,应用该方法将评价区域内的道路环境风险等级划分为高、中、低3个等级,并针对性提出了差异化环境风险管理建议。Environmental risk management has become a priority in environmental management.And the environmental risk assessment is considered as a forceful measure to improve the efficiency of environmental risk management.Based on the study of environmental risk system and the analysis of environmental event mechanism,an evaluation indicator system for environmental risk of oil and gas transportation pipelines is constructed in this paper.Taking a certain district or county in Chongqing as an example,this method is applied to classify the environmental risk levels of oil and gas transportation pipelines within the evaluation range into high, medium and low,and propose different environmental risk management suggestions in allusion to different levels.
