摘 要:利用鸟粪石法实现列车集便器污水中高浓度磷元素的回收。试验考察了磷镁摩尔比、初始pH、反应时间对磷元素回收率影响。结果表明:在磷镁摩尔比为1.5,初始pH=9.5,反应时间为7min的适宜操作条件下,磷元素回收率为96.71%,正磷酸盐残余浓度为2.35mg×L^-1;X-ray衍射表明,磷回收产物主要为鸟粪石。Recovery of High concentration of phosphorus from sewage in sealed toilet of passenger trains by struvite.The effects of phosphorus magnesium molar ratio,initial pH and reaction time on the phosphorus recovery efficiency.The result showed that the optimal operation parameters for phosphorus recovery was phosphorus magnesium molar ratio 1.5,initial pH 9.5 and reaction time 7min.Under the above combined condition,the phosphorus recovery efficiency and the residual concentration of positive phosphate were 96.71% and 2.35mg×L^-1 respectively.The analysis results of x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy showed that the main component of the recovery product is struvite crystal.
