摘  要:采用在线蒸馏连续流动分析法测定地表水和废水中氨氮的含量。该方法在0~10.0mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.019mg/L,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.4%,加标回收率为93.3%~104.0%。在实际样品测定中,相对标准偏差为0.9%~3.7%,加标回收率为90.2%~108.0%。该方法操作简便、分析速度快、样品用量少、检测结果能满足地表水和废水的分析要求。Ammonia nitrogen in surface water and waste water was determined by continuous flow analysis with online distillation system.The method showed good linearity in the range of 0 to 10.0 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.019 mg/L.the relative standard deviations of determination results were between 0.5% and 2.4%, the recovery rates were between 93.3% and 104.0%.In the determination of actual samples,the relative standard deviations of determination results were between 0.9% and 3.7%,the recovery rates were between 90.2% and 108.0%.The method has characteristic of convenient operation,fast analysis,less sample consumption and the results is in consistent with the requirements of detection of surface water and waste water.
