摘　　要：通过查阅国内外相关文献及与国内兄弟院校间的调研交流,分析了高校实验室安全管理的现状和不足。针对部分高校实验室安全管理工作存在的组织机构不健全、规章制度不完善、安全检查不全面、安全知识宣讲和普及教育不到位、实验室硬件方面安全管理不规范等问题,借鉴国外高校实验室安全管理工作的思路、制度和举措,对未来实验室安全工作提出了若干建议。提出了建立健全实验室安全管理组织机构,归纳了完善的安全管理制度,汇总了全面的安全检查体系,给出了安全宣讲和培训方式,总结了制定安全应急机制等。Through consulting the relevant documents at home and abroad and exchanging with the domestic universities, this paper analyzes the present situation and inadequacies of the safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities, and aims at the unsound organization, the imperfect rules and regulations, the incomprehensive safety inspection, the propaganda of safety knowledge and the popularization of the teaching of the laboratory safe management in some colleges and universities. The safety management of the hardware in the laboratory is not standardized. By drawing on the ideas, systems and measures of the foreign university laboratory safety management, some suggestions are put forward for the future laboratory safety work. We emphasize the people-oriented and prevention, and put forward the establishment and improvement of the organization and induction of the laboratory safety management. A complete safety management system, a comprehensive security inspection system, a list of safety preaching and training methods, and a summary of the safety emergency mechanism are summarized. It is hoped that it can provide some reference values for laboratory safety management in colleges and universities.
