摘  要:为了解决高镁熔剂性球团黏连问题,研究了SiO2含量对高镁熔剂性球团质量的影响规律。结果表明:随着SiO2含量的升高,生球抗压强度先增加后降低,并在SiO2为5.0%时达到最大值;随着SiO2含量的升高,高镁熔剂性球团的抗压强度先增加后降低,并在SiO2为5.0%时到达最佳值为2306 N,且焙烧温度的适宜范围1240℃~1260℃,超过1260℃将会产生球团粘结现象;随着SiO2含量的提高,高镁熔剂性球团还原粉化性能改善,软化开始温度逐渐降低,软化区间逐渐变宽;SiO2含量在4%~6%之间变化时,随着SiO2含量的提高,还原性能先增加后降低,并在5.0%时到达了最大值77.2%,而还原膨胀指数先减少后增加,并在SiO2含量为5.0%时到达最小值为5.7%。In order to solve the problem of high magnesia flux pellets adhesion, we studied the effect of SiO2 content on the quality of high magnesia flux pellets. The results showed that with the increase of SiO2 content, the compressive strength of the pellets first was increased and then decreased, and reached the maximum when the content of SiO2 reached 5%. With the increase of SiO2 content, the compressive strength of high magnesia flux pellets first increased and then decreased, and the optimum value of the compressive strength is 2306 N when the content of SiO2 reached 5%. The suitable range of calcination temperature is 1240℃ and 1260℃. When the calcination temperature was over 1260℃, the bonding phenomenon will happen. With the increase of SiO2 content, the RDI of high magnesia flux pellets was improved, the starting temperature of softening gradually decreases, softening interval gradually widened. The SiO2 content is between 4% and 6%, with the increase of SiO2 content, the RI rises first and then decreases. The maximum value of RI was 77.2%, when the content of SiO2 reached 5%. The RSI first decreased and then increased and the minimum value reached 5.7% when SiO2 content was 5%.
