摘  要:采用乳液聚合法合成一系列含有苯乙烯(St)成分的聚丙烯酸酯类加工助剂(SACR)。经哈克密炼制备出聚氯乙烯(PVC)/SACR共混物。采用傅立叶红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱仪、示差扫描量热仪、哈克旋转流变仪等测试手段,研究了SACR对PVC流变性能的影响。结果表明,SACR的加入能够明显改善PVC的加工性能,对PVC的塑化能力及凝胶度产生了显著的影响,当SACR加入量为6phr时,PVC的塑化时间缩短至17s,平衡扭矩低至25.6N·m,PVC的加工性能达到最佳。A series of polyacrylate(SACR)containing styrene(St)were prepared by emulsion polymerization.The polyvinyl chloride(PVC )/SACR blends were prepared by Hakke method.The effects of SACR on the rheological properties of PVC were studied by means of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimeter and Hakke rotating rheometer.The results show that the addition of SACR could significantly improve the processing properties of PVC and have significant impacts on the plasticizing ability and gelation degree of PVC.When the addition of SACR is 6 phr,the plasticizing time of PVC is 17 s,the balance torque is 25.6 N·m and the PVC processing performance is the best.
