摘　　要：目的:探讨基于健康理念的全程护理干预在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的作用。方法:选取皖北煤电集团总医院2017年1月至2018年12月116例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各58例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于健康理念的全程护理干预,比较两组护理干预前后自我管理能力、心理状态、生活质量。结果:观察组护理干预后自我管理评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于健康理念的全程护理干预有利于缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防中自我管理能力的加强,降低焦虑、抑郁状态,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of whole-course nursing intervention based on health concept in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 116 patients with ischemic stroke from January 2017 to December 2018 in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given whole-course nursing intervention based on health concept on the basis of control group.The self-management ability,psychological states and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results:The self-management score in the observation group after nursing intervention was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group after nursing intervention was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course nursing intervention based on health concept is beneficial to the prevention of patients with ischemic stroke,and it can strengthen the self-management ability of patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
