摘 要:细胞是生命体结构和功能的基本单元,对细胞进行测量分析不仅能够了解细胞的生理行为,而且有利于探究相关疾病的发生机理。温度是细胞活动中最重要也是最基本的参数,在细胞分裂、基因表达、酶反应等细胞活动中,活细胞的温度都会发生改变,因此测量细胞温度对全面了解生命运作机制至关重要。随着微纳加工技术的发展,细胞测温工具在精密检测和微尺度操控能力上得到了很大提高。本文重点介绍了细胞测温技术的最新研究进展,并对其在药物研发中的应用进行了展望。Cell is the basic unit of the structure and function of life.Measurement and analysis of cells can not only understand the physiological behavior of cells,but also help to explore the occurrence mechanism of related diseases.Temperature is the most important and fundamental parameter in cellular activities.The temperature of living cells changes during cell division,gene expression,enzyme reaction and other cellular activities.Therefore,measuring cellular temperature is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of the operation mechanism.With the development of micro-nano processing technology,cellular thermometers have been greatly improved in precision detection and micro-scale control.Here,current developments in cellular thermometers were highlighted,and a picture of their applications in drug development was presented.
