摘  要:针对熔融沉积成型3D打印机热床手动机械调节的繁琐以及调节耗时长的问题,提出一种热床自适应调平系统。此调平系统以ARM为核心处理器,通过外部限位开关对热床平面实时采集9个网格点数据,运用最小二乘法对采样点的数据拟合实际的打印平面,在该平面上建立校正矩阵,用该矩阵乘以打印模型的gcode文件中的三维坐标,对三维坐标进行坐标解码,实现坐标补偿,完成打印。实验结果表明,该系统具有原理简单,调平时间短,可靠性稳定等特点,能够满足3D打印机调平的性能指标。In allusion to the problem of tedious step and long time consumption of the manual mechanical regulation for hot bed of 3D printer,a hot bed self adaptive leveling system is proposed,which takes the ARM as its key processor. The data of 9 grid points in the hot bed plane is collected in real time by external limit switch. The actual printing plane is fitted with the sampling point data by the least square method. A correction matrix is established on this plane. The correction matrix is multiplied with 3D coordinate in Gcode document of the printing model to perform the 3D coordinate decoding,realized the automatic compensation of hot bed platform of the printer,and complete the printing. The experiment results show that the leveling system′s principle is simple,its leveling time is short,its reliability is stable,and it can meet the performance index of 3D printer leveling.
