西方国际关系理论的困境与人类命运共同体思想的兴起——基于叙利亚冲突的分析

摘　　要：叙利亚冲突表明西方国际关系理论难以有效解决国际政治冲突。无论是现实主义学派和新现实主义学派,还是理想主义学派或者新自由主义学派在关于人性、国家学说、权力、利益、国际政治与国际经济的关系、国际安全等问题上均存在明显的理论缺陷,其理论指导下的现实国际局势也动荡不安。人类命运共同体思想契合时代主题,是为人类谋和平、谋发展的理论,是科学的、先进的理论,而非强权国称霸的工具。因此,解决叙利亚危机须以人类命运共同体思想为指导,各方展开政治协商和政治谈判。The Syrian conflict showed that the western international relationship theory was unable to solve international political conflicts effectively. Whether it is realism or idealism,whether it is idealism or Neoliberalism,there are obvious theoretical defects on human nature,theory of the state,power,interests,the relationship between international politics and economy,and international security. The realistic international situation is still turbulent under the guidance of these theories. The idea of a community with a shared future for mankind is correspond to the theme of peace and development,which is a scientific and advanced theory of seeking peace and development for mankind,instead of tool of hegemony by powerful nations. Therefore,political consultation and negotiation must be carried out under the guidance of the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind to solve the Syrian crisis.
