摘　　要：通过分析昆明市环境信息资源现状,探讨了昆明市环境信息资源标准体系构建的意义,提出了构建的原则和关键技术路线,并对构建过程中的关键研究内容进行了深入剖析。By analyzing the current situation of Kunming's environmental information resources, this paper discussed the significance of building the standard system of Kunming's environmental information resources. The principles and key technical routes of formulating the standard were put forward. The key contents in the formulating process were in-depth studied.
