摘  要:在现代教育观念中,越来越注重人文关怀,这就要求教师必须具有较好的情感性处理策略。情感性处理策略不仅是教师职业道德的基本要求,也是衡量教师专业素养的重要标准。通过教师的情感性处理能够增强师生之间的了解,缩小"教"与"学"的距离,鼓励学生不断进步,更好地促进学生的身心健康发展。In the modern educational concept, people increasingly pay attention to humanistic care, which requires teachers to be equipped with better emotional processing strategies. Emotional strategy is not only the basic requirement of teachers' professional ethics, but also an important standard to measure teachers' professional qualification. Through the emotional processing of teachers, the understanding between teachers and students can be enhanced, the distance between "teaching" and "learning" can be narrowed, and students can be encouraged to make continuous progress and the development of students' physical and mental health can be promoted.
