市售不同产地丁公藤药材的品质评价

摘  要:目的评价市售不同产地6批丁公藤药材的品质。方法按照2015年版《中国药典》四部通则测定市售不同产地6批丁公藤药材的水分(≤12.0%)、总灰分(≤10.0%)、二氧化硫(≤150mg)及浸出物(≥3.0%)含量。以东莨菪内酯作为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,色谱柱为UItimateXB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(32∶68∶0.16),检测波长为298nm。结果市售不同产地6批丁公藤的药材水分含量范围为9.3%~12.3%;总灰分含量范围为7.5%~10.1%;二氧化硫含量为65~83mg/kg;醇溶性浸出物含量范围为4.6%~7.2%;东莨菪内酯含量范围为0.063%~0.092%,各项测定结果均符合2015年版《中国药典》的规定。结论对不同产地的丁公藤药材进行品质评价,可为建立更完善的丁公藤品质评价体系提供依据。Objective To evaluate the quality of 6 batches of Erycibe Obtusifolia from different producing areas.Methods The contents of water(≤12.0%),total ash(≤10.0%),sulfur dioxide(≤150 mg)and extracts(≥3.0%)were determined according to the four general rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.The content of scopoletin as the evaluation index was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with UItimate XB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)as the chromatographic column,the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(32∶68∶0.16),the detection wavelength was 298 nm.Results The water content of six batches of Erycibe Obtusifolia from different producing areas ranged from 9.3%to 12.3%,the total ash content ranged from 7.5%to 10.1%,the sulfur dioxide content ranged from 65-83 mg/kg,the alcohol-soluble extract content ranged from 4.6%to 7.2%,and the scopoletin content ranged from 0.063%to 0.092%,the results of each determination were in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.Conclusion To evaluate the quality of Erycibe Obtusifolia from different producing areas can provide a basis for establishing a more perfect quality evaluation system of Erycibe Obtusifolia.
