摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术并术中双侧中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年10月~2018年4月收治的200例难治性鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术并术中双侧中鼻甲切除术治疗。比较两组的临床效果、临床症状评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的临床症状评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术并术中双侧中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者的治疗效果较为确切,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus open surgery combined with intraoperative bilateral middle turbinate resection in the treatment of refractory nasal polyp sinusitis.Methods A total of 200 patients with refractory nasal polyp sinusitis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases).The control group was treated with conventional surgery.The observation group underwent endoscopic sinus open surgery and intraoperative bilateral middle turbinate resection.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptom score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus open surgery combined with intraoperative bilateral middle turbinate resection in the treatment of refractory nasal polyp sinusitis patients is more effective,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
