摘 要:目的探讨两种气道湿化法在气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的120例气管切开患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组采用氧气雾化湿化法,对照组采用持续微量注射泵气管内滴注湿化法,比较两组的平均住院时间、带管时间、吸痰次数、湿化效果及并发症发生率。结果实验组的住院时间、带管时间显著短于对照组,吸痰次数显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的湿化效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种气道湿化法在气管切开患者中应用均能达到气道湿化的效果,但是氧气雾化湿化法在临床中应用效果更为明显,可明显缩短患者的住院原时间,减少吸痰次数,该种气道湿化方法应在临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the application effect of two airway humidification methods in patients with tracheotomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with airway incision admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The experimental group was used oxygen atomization humidification method,and the control group patients were used continuous microinjection pump intratracheal instillation humidification method,the average hospitalization time of the two groups of patients,tube time,number of sucking,moistening effect and complication rate were compared between two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,tube time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,frequency of sucking were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wettability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both airway humidification methods can achieve airway humidification in patients with tracheotomy,but the oxygen atomization humidification method is more effective in clinical application,which can significantly shorten the patient′s hospitalization time,reduce the number of sucking,this method of airway humidification should be widely used in clinical practice.
