延续性护理对手外科患者术后患指功能训练的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对手外科患者术后患指功能训练的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的98例手外科患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以常规护理加以延续性护理。比较两组护理干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分;比较两组患者康复训练后的效果。结果两组干预前的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组康复训练后效果的比较:观察组的总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的91.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手外科术后患指功能训练患者实施延续性护理可有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,患者患指功能恢复较好,有利于患者病情恢复,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing on infected fingers function training in hand surgery patients after surgery.Methods All of 98 hand surgery patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing and continuing nursing.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups,and the effect of rehabilitation training was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Effect comparison after rehabilitation training between the two groups:the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than 91.8%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing applied for infected fingers function training in hand surgery patients after surgery can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,and infected fingers function of patients recovers better,which is conducive to the recovery of patients′condition.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
