摘　　要：综述了国内ICU环境物体表面清洁消毒的情况及各类清洁消毒、评价方法和保洁人员管理对ICU环境物体表面清洁消毒的效果。认为选择合适的清洁消毒、评价方法,科学的保洁人员管理可有效保证ICU环境物体表面清洁消毒的合格率。In this paper,the cleaning and disinfection of ICU environmental surfaces in China and the effects of various cleaning and disinfection methods,evaluation methods and cleaning staff management on the cleaning and disinfection of ICU environmental surfaces were reviewed.It was considered that proper methods of cleaning and disinfection,evaluation and scientific management of cleaning personnel can effectively ensure the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection on the surface of environmental objects in ICU.
