摘  要:本文介绍了天津港大港港区泰奥石化码头工程采用的设计方案、工艺平面布置、特殊货种的装卸设施设计等,并在此工程中首次进行了软管架设计、管道清管转换器设计,以提高码头机械化程度、节省工程投资、增加工艺系统灵活性、提升码头安全环保性能,经过几年的生产运营,应用效果较好。通过对本工程中工艺设计经验的总结,可供同类工程参考和借鉴。Tai'ao Petrochemical Terminal at Dagang harbor of Tianjin Port is characterized with a large number of berths,a wide variety of cargos,great difference in physical properties and higher requirements for technological system by the investors.In view of the above characteristics,the adopted design plan,the plane layout of handling process and the design of handling facilities for special cargos are introduced in detail.In addition,the design of hose frame and pipe-cleaning converter firstly applies to this project in order to improve the mechanization level of the terminal,save the investment,increase the flexibility of technological system and enhance the safety and environmental protection performance of the terminal.The design application has achieved good operation effect in recent years.The experience in technological design accumulated in this project is summarized,which will serve as a reference for similar projects.
