摘　　要：SPARK思邦在宁波地标性建筑改造成多功能文化中心的竞赛中获胜。报业大厦建于1984年,由位于宁波水岸核心区域的办公楼和剧院组成。经过对该项目的改造,扩建和转化后,它将成为城市文化中心的焦点。该文化中心凸显了中国领先开发商万科集团大胆的创新精神,意在提升宁波河岸地区文化与商业综合发展的独特性。通过国际设计竞赛的角逐,SPARK思邦被选中主持设计这个久负盛名的项目。这个文化中心位于城市的核心区域,将为当地居民提供丰富的文化活动,并且成为区域与国家层面的文化地标。SPARK wins competition to transform existing Ningbo landmark into a multi-function cultural centre. Built in 1984, this former theatre and office building is located at the heart of Ningbo on the banks of the river.After its restoration, extension and conversion, the centre will form the cultural focus of city. The centre is a bold new initiative on the part of the leading Chinese developer Vanke to promote a unique mix of cultural and commercial development along the Ningbo riverfront. Following an invited architectural design competition, SPARK was selected to design this new prestigious facility. Located in the heart the city the centre will provide a wide range of activities serving the local population and becomi ng a cultural la ndmark on both a regi onal, nati on al level.
