摘  要:目的分析北京市非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件的流行病学分布特征,为针对性开展防控工作提供信息支持。方法收集2013-2017年《突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统》中北京市非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件监测数据,运用率、构成比、集中度与圆形分布法等方法对其流行病学分布特征进行分析。结果 2013-2017年北京市共报告非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件6 990起,发病9 377人,死亡100人,年均发病率8.78/10万。非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件94.01%发生在居民家,99.93%为未分级事件。非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件发生高峰日为1月20日,流行期为11月29日-次年3月13日。结论北京非职业性一氧化碳中毒的发病及死亡较为严重,冬春季为高发季节,应采取综合措施加强防控工作。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of non-occupational carbon monoxide CO poisoning) in Beijing from 2013 to 2017, in order to provide information support for targeted prevention and control work. Methods The monitoring data of non-occupational CO poisoning incidents in Beijing in the public health emergency management information system from 2013 to 2017 were collected, and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by means of ratio, proportion, concentration degree and circular distribution method. Results 6990 non-occupational CO poisoning events from 2013 to 2017 in Beijing were reported, poisoned 9377 people, and killed 100 people. The average annual incidence was 8.78/100,000. 94.01% of the non-occupational CO poisoning incidents occurred in the households,and99.93% of households CO poisoning events was unrated. There was a strong seasonality. The peak time was January 20, and the epidemic period was from November 20 to March 13 of next year. Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of non-occupational CO poisoning in Beijing were relatively serious. Winter and spring were high incidence seasons, and comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen prevention and control.
