摘 要:目的了解淮安市南部丘陵地区寄生长角血蜱中携带病原体情况。方法将采集的83只(羊、牛、犬)寄生长角血蜱编为48组待检样本,通过分离培养法检测蜱携带的细菌,PCR法检测立克次体、伯氏疏螺旋体、埃立克体、蜱传脑炎病毒、克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒和发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒。结果羊、牛、犬寄生蜱分别检出12种、9种和4种细菌,它们隶属于13个属。其中,泛菌属(24/48, 50.00%)、气单胞菌属(19/48, 39.58%)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(11/48, 22.92%)和葡萄球菌属(8/48, 16.67%)的携带率较高;种水平上,携带率较高的为泛菌属(24/48, 50.00%)、少动鞘氨醇单胞菌(11/48, 22.92%)、杀鲑气单胞菌(10/48, 20.83%)、温和气单胞菌(9/48, 18.75%)和金黄色葡萄球菌(8/48,16.67%)。PCR方法在羊寄生长角血蜱中检测到发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒(3.57%, 1/28)、立克次体(7.14%, 2/28)和埃立克体(3.57%, 1/28);牛寄生长角血蜱中检测到立克次体(5.88%, 1/17)。结论淮安市南部丘陵地区寄生长角血蜱中携带多种病原体,应针对性加强监测和防控。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the pathogens in Haemaphysalis iongicornis in the hilly region of southern Huai'an. Methods 83 parasitic Haemaphysalis iongicornis on the host(sheep, cattle and dog) were collected, and were divided into 48 groups. Then the bacteria in ticks were detected by separation culture method, and the PCR method was used to detect Rickettsia, Berylopsis, Eriktsia, tick-borne encephalitis virus, Crimean-congo hemorrhagic fever viruses, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunya virus. Results 12, 9 and 4 species were isolated from the parasitic Haemaphysalis iongicornis on sheep, cattle and dogs, which belonged to 13 genera. Panbacteria(24/48, 50.00%), Aeromonas(19/48, 39.58%), Sphingomonas(11/48, 22.92%) and Staphylococcus(8/48, 16.67%) had higher carrying rates. At species level, the higher carrying rates were found in Panbacteria(24/48, 50.00%), Sphingomonas oligosporidis(11/48, 22.92%),Aeromonas salmonella(10/48, 20.83%), Aeromonas temperatus(9/48, 18.75%) and Staphylococcus aureus(8/48, 16.67%).Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunya virus(3.57%, 1/28), Rickettsia(7.14%, 2/28) and Erichia(3.57%, 1/28)were detected in the parasitic Haemaphysalis iongicornis on sheep, and Rickettsia(5.88%, 1/17) was detected in the parasitic Haemaphysalis iongicornis on cattle by PCR method. Conclusion A large number of pathogens were found in the parasitic Haemaphysalis iongicornis in hilly area of southern Huai'an, and it was necessary to develop measures of control, prevention and to avoid a threat against animal and human health.
