摘  要:为揭示植物在锶环境中可能受到的影响,本试验选取菠菜为研究对象,测定不同浓度锶处理(0,0.2 mmol/L和2.0 mmol/L)下,菠菜幼苗的生物量、锶含量以及有机营养和矿质营养含量。结果表明,0.2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2浓度Sr^2+处理对菠菜幼苗的生长有一定促进作用,2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2浓度Sr^2+处理则抑制菠菜的生长。两个浓度的Sr^2+处理均降低菠菜叶片内可溶性糖和可溶蛋白的含量,而维生素C含量在0.2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2浓度锶处理下无明显变化,在2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2浓度Sr2+处理下呈现为先升后降的变化规律。菠菜叶片内Mn浓度与Sr2+处理极其显著正相关,而Fe和Zn含量表现为与Sr2+处理显著负相关;根系中,Ca和Zn含量表现为与Sr2+处理极其显著的负相关;Mg含量表现为与Sr2+处理浓度极其显著的正相关关系。Sr2+在菠菜体内的积累对其生长、有机营养和矿质营养的状况都具有负面效应。本研究可为富锶环境中菠菜的生产规划提供理论参考。In order to reveal the possible effects of plants in strontium environment, spinach was selected as the research object in this experiment. We tested different concentrations of strontium treatment (0, 0.2 mmol/L, and 2 mmol/L) to investigate its effects on the biomass, strontium content, organic nutrition and mineral nutrition content of spinach. The results suggested that 0.2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2 concentration of Sr^2+ treatment had a certain promoting effect on the growth of spinach seedling, but 2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2 concentration of Sr^2+ treatment inhibited the growth of spinach. Contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in spinach leaves both decreased under two concentrations of Sr^2+ treatments. The content of vitamin C didn't change significantly at the concentration of 0.2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2 treatment, but it showed the changing law of rising first and then falling under 2 mmol/L Sr(NO3)2 treatment. In spinach leaves, there was an extremely significant positive correlation between Mn and Sr^2+ treatments, and an extremely significant negative correlation between Fe, Zn and Sr^2+ treatments. In spinach roots, there was an extremely significant negative correlation between Ca, Zn and Sr^2+ treatments, and an extremely significant positive correlation between Mg and Sr^2+ treatments. The accumulation of Sr^2+ in spinach had a negative effect on its growth, organic nutritions and mineral nutritions. This study could provide theoretical and experimental basis for production of spinach in rich strontium environment.
