摘  要:研究改性双氰胺-甲醛缩聚物作为气浮剂在处理定形机喷淋废液中的应用,以浊度和COD为评价指标,探讨了缩聚物质量浓度、pH值、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)质量浓度、温度和时间等对处理效果的影响,并设计了正交试验,研究缩聚物质量浓度、pH值、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)质量浓度三个因素共同作用下对处理效果的影响。结果表明:在室温下反应1.5 h,双氰胺-甲醛缩合物质量浓度在0.60 g/L,PAM质量浓度为1.0 g/mL,pH值 7.05时,具有较好的处理效果,处理后清液浊度为21 NTU,COD去除率为78.8%。The application of modified dicyandiamide-formaldehyde condensate as air flotation agent in the treatment of spraying wastewater from setting machine is studied. The effects of polycondensate concentration, pH value, polyacrylamide (PAM) concentration, temperature and time on the treatment ef fect are discussed with turbidity and COD as evaluation indexes. Orthogonal experiments are designed to study the effect of polycondensate. The effects of condensate concentration, pH value and polyacryl amide (PAM) concentration on the treatment effect are studied. The results show that the treatment re sults are good at room temperature for 1.5 h with the concentration of dicyandiamide-formaldehyde con- densate 0.60 g/L, PAM 1.0 g/mL, and pH value 7.05. The turbidity of the treated solution is 21 NTU, and COD removal rate is 78.8%.
