摘  要:主动脉二瓣化畸形是最常见的先天性主动脉瓣发育异常,发病率约1%~2%,易并发主动脉瓣钙化、主动脉夹层和主动脉瘤等疾病.几乎所有的该类患者在成年期后都会出现主动脉瓣钙化,且发病年龄比三瓣化主动脉瓣者提前约20年.二瓣化畸形易出现主动脉瓣钙化加速的机制仍存在许多争议.目前研究认为异常的遗传学表达、血流动力学、炎症反应及内皮功能障碍之间的相互作用可能是重要原因.Bicuspid aortic valve(BAV) is the most prevalent cardiac valvular malformation and is found in 1% to 2% of the general population. It can be complicated by aortic valve calcification, aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm and other aortopathy. Almost all the patients will have aortic valve calcification in the later stage and the age of onset can be 20 years earlier than the tricuspid aortic valve. Why is calcification of the aortic valve accelerated in BAV? The mechanism remains controversial. Present study suggests that the interaction among abnormal genetic expression, hemodynamics, inflammation and endothelial dysfunction may be the important reasons.
