摘　　要：目的探索血浆中表达心肌纤维化因子可溶性基质溶素-2 (soluble suppression of tumorigenicity2,sST2)、生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)以及半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3,GAL-3)与急性心肌梗死的相关性.方法纳入同期住院的急性冠状动脉综合征患者,以不稳定型心绞痛患者(unstable angina,UA)(75例)为对照,检测急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者(78例)血浆中sST2、GDF-15和GAL-3的表达变化,分析其与急性冠状动脉综合征类型的相关性及三者间的相互关系.结果与UA组相比,AMI组患者血浆sST2水平更高,且与心肌梗死后肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)峰值呈正相关,而两组患者血浆GDF-15、GAL-3水平无明显差异;血浆GDF-15与sST2表达水平呈弱相关(r=0.348),GAL-3与之不相关(r=0.146),GDF-15与GAL-3水平呈显著相关(r=0.518,P<0.001).结论心肌纤维化因子sST2表达与急性心肌梗死密切相关.Objective To explore the corelation between expression of myocardial fibrosis Exploration sST2, GDF -15 as well as GAL-3 and acute myocardial infarction. Methods Patients with acute coronary syndrome who were hospitalized during the same period were admitted. UA patients (n=75) were used as controls and AMI patients (n=78) as observed. The expression sST2, GDF-15 and GAL-3 of patients in both groups were detected. Correlation between types of acute coronary syndrome and the relationship between the three were analysed. Results Compared with the UA group, plasma sST2 levels were higher in the AMI group and positively correlated with CK peak after myocardial infarction. There was no significant difference in plasma GDF-15 and GAL-3 levels between the two groups. There was a weak correlation between plasma GDF-15 and sST2 levels ( r=0.348);GAL-3 was not associated with sST2(r=0.146);and GDF-15 was significantly associated with GAL-3 levels(r=0.518 ,P< 0.001). Conclusion The expression of myocardial fibrosis factor sST2 is closely related to acute myocardial infarction.
