槐杞黄颗粒治疗儿童难治性过敏性紫癜疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察槐杞黄颗粒对儿童难治性过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)的治疗效果和不良反应。方法分析2017年12月至2019年3月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院治疗的难治性HSP患儿。详细记录患儿年龄、性别等一般情况,应用槐杞黄颗粒前后的皮疹临床症状,全身及关节查体等体征,尿常规、肝肾功能等辅助检查结果。结果共入组40例患儿,入组年龄(8.5±2.1)岁。女童15例,男童25例。应用槐杞黄颗粒前患HSP病程(45.5±19.2)d。40例患儿应用槐杞黄颗粒前,均有皮疹。应用槐杞黄颗粒2周后,50.0%病例皮疹消失。应用槐杞黄颗粒8周后,90.0%病例皮疹消失。40例患儿中,16例存在血尿。应用槐杞黄颗粒4周后,50.0%病例血尿消失。应用槐杞黄颗粒8周后,81.25%病例血尿消失。40例患儿中,15例存在尿蛋白。应用槐杞黄颗粒2周后,2例尿蛋白消失。应用槐杞黄颗粒4周后,33.33%病例尿蛋白消失。应用槐杞黄颗粒8周后,66.67%病例尿蛋白消失。结论槐杞黄颗粒对难治性HSP有较好的有效性及安全性。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of Huaiqihuang granule in refractory Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods We analyzed 40 patients with refractory HSP admitted in Capital Institute of Pediatrics affiliated Children′s Hospital(brief as‘our hospital’in the following content)from December 2017 to March 2019.The general information of age and sex,clinical symptoms of skin rash,physical examination of whole body and joint,urine routine,liver and kidney function were recorded in detail,before and after application of Huaiqihuang granule.Results The average age of all 40 patients was(8.5±2.1) years old.There were 15 girls and 25 boys.The course of HSP was(45.5±19.2)days before Huaiqihuang granule was used.All the 40 children had skin rash before applying Huaiqihuang granule.The rash disappeared in 50.0% of the cases after 2 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule.After 8 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,90.0% of the cases disappeared.Of the 40 children,16 had hematuria.After 4 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,hematuria disappeared in 50.0% of the cases.After 8 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,81.25% of the cases disappeared in hematuria.Among 40 children,15 had urinary protein.After 2 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,2 cases of urinary protein disappeared.After 4 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,33.33% of the patients′ urinary protein disappeared.After 8 weeks of application of Huaiqihuang granule,66.67% of the patients′ urinary protein disappeared.Conclusion Huaiqihuang granule is effective and safe in treating refractory HSP.
