摘　　要：随着中国进入老龄化社会,老年人口日益增多,养老问题凸显。传统的家庭养老模式不断变革,新的养老模式层出。大城市土地资源日趋紧张,并逐渐催生养老综合体概念。论文通过对我国大城市养老问题的综合分析,逐步展开对于这类地区的养老综合体的设计探究,提供一个初步的设计思路以供参考。As China enters the aging society,the elderly population is increasing day by day, and the problem of providing for the aged is prominent.The traditional family pension model is constantly changing, and new pension models emerge.Land resources in big cities are becoming increasingly scarce, and the concept of endowment complex is gradualy born.Through the comprehensive analysis of pension problems in China’s big cities, this paper gradually carried out the research on the design of pension complex in such areas, and finally obtained a preliminary design idea for reference.
