摘 要:民宿作为人们旅游休闲度假中的一种重要的方式,深受消费者的青睐,在设计中需要整合当地的风土人情,地理环境等各种旅游资源,要求较高,但时常出现民宿与原有环境不统一,游客居住体验感差等问题。利用虚拟仿真技术在设计阶段就体验建筑的空间,反映其面貌与建筑间的融合程度,能够更好地因地制宜、进行资源的整合。本文通过对广西黄姚古镇进行实地考察,对其民宿客房的自然采光情况进行现场测试,探讨如何结合虚拟仿真技术进行民宿改造设计,给予游客更优的住宿体验,提升旅游品质。As an essential way for people's travel, leisure and vacation, homestay is well received by consumers. In the design, it is necessary to integrate the local customs, geographical environment and other tourism resources, which needs higher requirements. However, problems often arise, such as the inconsistency between homestay and the original environment, which lead to the poor living experience of tourists. The use of virtual simulation technology in the design stage to experience the space of the building, reflecting the degree of integration between its appearance and the building, can be better tailored to local conditions, the integration of resources. Based on the field investigation of Huangyao ancient town in Guangxi, this paper tests the natural lighting of its residential rooms, and explores how to combine virtual simulation technology to rebuild and design the residential buildings, so as to give tourists better accommodation experience and needs, and improve the quality of tourism.
