夏热冬冷地区绿色住宅被动式节能技术浅谈——以南通三建被动式超低能耗绿色住宅示范楼为例

摘　　要：被动式节能设计的基础就是利用自然资源、迎合自然环境,以减少不可再生能源的使用。以南通三建被动式超低能绿色建筑产业园中的住宅示范楼为例,结合夏热冬冷地区的气候特征,通过软件模拟分析,总结一些适用的被动式节能技术。为夏热冬冷地区绿色住宅节能方面提供了参考。The basis of passive energy saving design is to utilize natural resources and cater to the natural environment, in order to reduce the use of non-renewable energy. This paper took the residential buildings in the passive ultra-low energy green building industrial park of Nan Tong No.3 Construction as an example,combined with the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter areas to summarize some applicable passive energy saving design strategies.The paper provided a reference for green residential energy saving in hot summer and cold winter areas.
