摘　　要：[目的]总结并介绍崔云教授运用桂枝类方治疗男科疾病的临床经验。[方法]通过列举并分析早泄、前列腺增生症、男性更年期综合征三则具有代表性的验案,结合临床实践及《金匮要略》中的相关论述,阐述崔云教授运用桂枝类方治疗男科疾病的辨证思路、用药特点及临证心得。[结果]崔云教授将桂枝类方"阴阳失衡、营卫交损"的指征与各类男科疾病的病机相关联,以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗"虚劳失精"诸证,拟桂枝茯苓丸治疗瘀血水胶结于下焦疾患,遣小建中汤治疗主症见"中虚"及"营卫交损"者,更将辨病论治、辨证论治、辨体质论治组合应用并贯穿诊疗始终。其思路缜密,药法相宜,疗效卓著。[结论]崔云教授基于"审症-诊病-辨人(体质)-识证"诊治模式,运用桂枝类方于男科疾病的诊疗,取得显著的疗效,其深刻经验值得进一步寻绎与总结。[Objective] To summarize and introduce Professor CUI Yun's clinical experience in treating male diseases with Cassia Twig prescriptions.[Methods]Enumerating and analyzing three proven cases of premature ejaculation,prostatic hyperplasia and male climacteric syndrome,combining clinical practice and related discussion of Essentials from the Golden Cabinet.Elaborating Professor CUI Yun's dialectical thinking,drug-used characteristics and clinical experience of treating male diseases with Cassia Twig prescriptions.[Result]Professor CUI Yun associates Cassia Twig prescriptions' indications"Yin and Yang imbalance,Ying and Wei damage"with pathogenesis of male diseases.Cinnamon Twig Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction is used to treat the syndrome of "consumptive disease and shortage of vital essence".Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill is used to treat the syndrome of blood stasis and water cemented in lower energizer.Xiaojianzhong Decoction is used to treat the patients belonging to the type of"middle deficiency"or"Ying and Wei damage".In addition,Professor CUI Yun correlates the way of symptoms analysis-disease diagnosis-patients(physique) distinguish -type judgment and runs through it from the TCM treatments'beginning to end.Due to the ingenious mentality and appropriate TCM treatments of Professor CUI Yun,clinical curative effect is remarkable.[Conclusion]Professor CUI Yun applies Cassia Twig prescriptions into the treatments of modern male diseases based on the diagnosis and treatment mode of symptoms analysis-disease diagnosis-patients(physique) distinguishtype judgment.After that,excellent results are achieved in all cases.Therefore,his profound experience deserves further deduction and summary.
