摘  要:简单介绍了水利工程钢结构用水性无机富锌涂料的应用要求,并对水性无机富锌涂料用原材料及制备工艺进行了阐述。重点研究了水性无机富锌涂料中基料、锌粉、硅烷偶联剂等原材料对涂料性能的影响,并进行了初步分析。结果表明:(1)采用高模数硅酸钾、硅溶胶与硅丙乳液作为涂料的基料,可以显著提高机械性能和防腐能力;(2)水性无机富锌涂料颜料选择球状锌粉和片状锌粉搭配使用,既提高了涂层的致密性,又提高了涂层外观平整度以及防腐能力。(3)硅烷偶联剂可以有效地提高水性无机富锌涂料的致密性与附着力。This paper briefly introduces the application requirements of waterbome inorganic zinc-rich coatings for steel structures in water conservancy projects.The influence of base material, zinc powder, silane coupling agent and other raw materials on the properties of waterbome inorganic zinc-rich coatings is studied and analyzed The results show ⑴ using high modulus potassium silicate ,silica sol and siiicon-acrylic emulsion as the base materials of coatings can significantly improve the mechanical properties and coriosion resistance;(2) in waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coating, the pigments are selected lo be u$ud in combinulion with spherical zinc powder and flake zinc powder, which improves the coating compactness, the coating appearance flatness and corrosion rvsisumcc;(3) silunc coupling agent can effectively improve the compactness and adhesion of waterbome inorganic zitic rich coatings.
