摘　　要：目的探讨留置导管护理风险评估应用于肝胆手术患者对非计划性拔管、护理效果的影响。方法选取该院2015年9月~2016年9月收治的行常规护理的肝胆手术患者72例作为对照组,另选取该院2016年10月~2017年10月收治的行留置导管护理风险评估的肝胆手术患者72例作为观察组。比较两组非计划性拔管情况及护理效果。结果观察组T管、胃管、腹腔引流管、深静脉置管及导尿管非计划性拔管率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组导管堵塞、导管折叠、导管滑脱、投诉率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论留置导管护理风险评估应用于肝胆手术患者可有效降低非计划性拔管率,提高护理效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of indwelling catheter care risk assessment on unplanned extubation and nursing effects in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of seventy-two patients undergoing routine care for liver and gallbladder surgery from September 2015 to September 2016 in this hospital were selected as the control group.In addition, 72 cases of liver and gallbladder surgery patients admitted by the hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 for nursing risk assessment were selected as the observation group.The unplanned extubation and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of T tube, gastric tube, abdominal drainage tube, deep venous catheter and unplanned catheter extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of catheter blockage, catheter folding, catheter slip and complaint in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of indent catheter nursing risk assessment in patients with hepatobiliary surgery can effectively reduce the rate of unplanned extubation and improve the nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
