益气健脾化痰方治疗颈脊髓损伤咳嗽诸症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气健脾化痰方药治疗颈脊髓损伤咳嗽、咳痰、气短等临床疗效。方法:67例颈脊髓损伤肺脾气虚患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(33例),两组均给予常规治疗、康复训练,治疗组加用益气健脾化痰中药治疗,观察两组患者治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气短变化。结果:治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、气短症状减轻,较对照组明显改善。治疗组咳嗽评分明显降低(t=2.65,P<0.05);痰液性质评分治疗组明显改善(t=3.45,P<0.05);气短、气急症状分级评分也明显降低(t=5.32,P<0.05);咳嗽难易程度评分治疗组明显降低(t=4.87,P<0.05);但两组咳嗽次数、咳痰量无明显差异,患者需要叩背次数减少(t=3.5,P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾化痰中药治疗可以减轻颈脊髓损伤肺脾气虚患者咳嗽、咳痰、气短等不适,可能与其减轻呼吸道异常分泌,稀释痰液、抑制痰液分泌,增加呼吸道清除分泌物功能,其与从而减轻呼吸道阻塞,畅通气道,改善患者呼吸功能有关。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription in the treatment of patients with cough,sputum and shortness of breath after cervical spinal cord injury.Methods:67 cases of cervical spinal cord injury patients with respiratory dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (33 cases),both groups were given routine treatment and rehabilitation training.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription.The changes of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath in the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:The symptoms of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath were reduced in the treatment group,and were significantly improved compared with the control group.Cough scores of the treatment group were significantly decreased( t =2.65, P <0.05),sputum property score was significantly improved in the treatment group( t =3.45, P <0.05),the scores of shortness of breath and shortness of breath were also significantly reduced( t =5.32, P <0.05),the score of cough difficulty was significantly reduced in the treatment group( t =4.87, P <0.05).However,there was no significant difference in cough frequency and sputum volume between the two groups,but it can reduce the number of times patients need to knock back( t =3.5, P <0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription treatment can relieve cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and other discomfort in patients with cervical spinal cord injury and Feipi Qixu cough.It may reduce the abnormal secretion of the respiratory tract,dilute sputum,inhibit the secretion of sputum,increase the function of the respiratory tract to remove secretions,so as to reduce the obstruction of the respiratory tract,clear the airway,improve the respiratory function of patients.
