中医辨证治疗不孕症临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证治疗不孕症中医各证型疗效。方法:选取200例不孕症患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采取常规西医治疗,研究组患者以中医辨证理论为指导进行治疗,记录两组患者的性激素变化、卵泡发育情况及治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组FSH、E2均升高,并且研究组治疗后FSH、E2水平高于对照组治疗后相应水平(P<0.05)。研究组单卵泡排卵周期、排卵周期及LUFS发生率均降低(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为86.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。结论:以中医辨证理论为指导治疗不孕症,可兼顾女性生理周期性,予以周期性、节律性用药,改善患者月经失调,提高治疗效果,有助于保障患者身心健康,提高受孕率,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of infertility treatment under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory.Methods:200 cases of infertility patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The study group was treated with dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The changes of sex hormones,follicular development and therapeutic effect of the two groups were recorded.Results:After treatment,the levels of FSH and E 2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The single follicle ovulation cycle,ovulation cycle and the incidence of LUFS in the study group were lower ( P <0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 86.0%,significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Treating infertility under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory can take into account the physiological periodicity of women,give periodic and rhythmic medication,improve the menstrual disorders of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,help to protect the physical and mental health of patients,improve the pregnancy rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
