摘 要:BIM技术在工程建设中逐步深入应用,通过紧密结合项目过程管理,将BIM模型中的各个构件所需的人、机、料、法、环等多个要素进行数字化定义,实现项目技术、进度、成本、质量、安全管理的更精细化实名制管控,以及项目建设阶段生命周期的动态可视化管理,为项目管理效率提升带来更大的支撑。着重探讨BIM技术与工程项目管理核心业务之间的协同,并以某高速铁路通信信号施工工程实例应用详细介绍基于BIM技术的工程管理信息系统的应用效果。With the gradual application of BIM technology in engineering construction and closely combining project process management, various elements of BIM model, such as human, machine, material, method and loop, are digitally defi ned, so as to realize more refi ned real-name management and control of project technology, schedule, cost, quality and safety management, as well as dynamic visualization of the life cycle of project construction phase. It will bring more support to improve the effi ciency of project management. This paper focuses on the collaboration between BIM technology and the core business of project management, and introduces the application effect of the project management information system based on BIM technology in detail with the example of a high-speed railway signal and communication construction project.
