摘  要:为研究埋设碳纤维发热线路面结构的融雪效果,制作沥青混凝土-水泥混凝土复合试块,呈S型预埋碳纤维发热线,在冬季室外环境下进行升温试验、实时融雪试验和积雪融化试验。结果显示:发热线埋深4cm、间距8cm、电压36V时发热效果优良;环境温度为-3.4℃,通电30min试件表面温度达到0℃;环境温度为-1.7℃,自然降雪180min积雪32mm时,通电试块积雪为0mm;环境温度为-1.7℃,人工堆雪30mm,通电150min时完全融化;环境温度为-5.1℃时,通电试块表面温度最终稳定在-3.3℃左右,积雪难以融化。研究表明,碳纤维发热线的布设形式、环境温度、积雪厚度、通电时间、通电电压都会影响融雪效果。To study the snow melting effect of the pavement structure embedded with carbon fiber heating wires,asphalt concrete and cement concrete composite test blocks were made.And the carbon fiber heating wires were built in with S-shape.The tests for heating,real-time snow melting and accumulated snow melting are respectively carried out outdoors in winter.The tests show that the heating effect is excellent as the heating wires are buried with a depth of 4 cm,an interval of 8 cm,and applied a voltage of 36 V.The surface temperatures reach 0 ℃ after being electrified for 30 minutes when the ambient temperature is -3.4 ℃.Under the condition that the ambient temperature is -1.7 ℃,and the snow depth is 32 mm after 180 minutes of natural snowfall,the snow cover of the electrified test block is 0 mm.When the ambient temperature is -1.7 ℃,the snow cover of 30 mm will completely melt after 150 minutes of power supply.However,when the ambient temperature is -5.1 ℃,the surface temperatures of the electrified test block will finally stabilize at about -3.3 ℃,which makes it difficult to melt snow.It is shown that the effect of snow melting will be affected by the layout of carbon fiber heating wires,ambient temperature,snow thickness,supply time and voltage.
