摘 要:分别设计了发酵反应器外部加热工艺和沼液余热回收工艺。反应器外部加热工艺较常规罐内换热能够增加沼液与加热面的接触面积,加快换热速度,提高系统换热效率。沼液余热回收工艺能够将排出沼液的70%以上余热进行回收,作为新进物料的热源,使其温度快速提升至正常发酵温度。通过两种技术共同实施,可使发酵系统冬季总体节约近一半的能耗,有效解决了现有寒区沼气工程冬季加温能耗高、热流失大等行业共性问题,为严寒地区沼气工程冬季增温提供一种节能、环保、经济的增温技术。The external heating process of fermentation reactor and the residual heat recovery process of biogas slurry were designed in this paper.The external heating process of the reactor can increase the contact area between the biogas slurry and the heating surface,accelerate the heat transfer speed and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the system.Biogas slurry waste heat recovery process can recover more than 70% of the waste heat discharged from biogas slurry as the heat source of newly imported materials,so that the temperature can be rapidly raised to the normal fermentation temperature.Through the joint implementation of the two technologies,the total energy consumption of the fermentation system in winter can be reduced by nearly half,and the common problems such as high energy consumption and large heat loss in the existing biogas project in the cold region in winter can be effectively solved,so as to provide an energy saving,environmental protection and economic heating technology for the biogas project in the cold region in winter.
