摘　　要：探讨心理护理对糖尿病伴精神抑郁障碍患者的影响。选取2016年7月2018年12月收治的56例糖尿病伴精神抑郁障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加有针对性的心理干预。对比两组治疗前后血糖指标和抑郁情绪障碍的改善情况。观察组出院时(4.52±0.63mmol/L)和出院后3个月(4.39±0.89mmol/L)空腹血糖指标水平均显著低于对照组(5.16±1.03mmol/L、5.06±1.14mmol/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院时和出院后3个月HAMD评分(20.36±5.32分、18.69±4.63分)均显著少于对照组(28.39±5.98分、27.36±4.96分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据个体情况,对该类患者采取有针对性的心理护理干预,可有效减轻患者的抑郁症状,并有助于降低血糖的效果。To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus and mental depression.Fifty-six patients with diabetes mellitus and mental depression admitted from July 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group added targeted psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the improvement of blood sugar index and depressive mood disorder before and after treatment between two groups.The level of fasting blood glucose at discharge (4.52±0.63 mmol/L) and 3 months after discharge (4.39±0.89 mmol/L) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.16±1.03 mmol/L,5.06±1.14 mmol/L),the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The HAMD scores of the observation group at discharge and 3 months after discharge (20.36±5.32 scores,18.69±4.63 scores) were significantly lower than those of the control group (28.39±5.98 scores,27.36±4.96 scores),the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).According to the individual situation,taking pertinent psychological nursing intervention for patients can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients,and help to reduce the effect of blood sugar.
