摘　　要：以水利水电枢纽项目为背景,分析大型复杂项目进度管控中易出现的问题,并以某水利水电枢纽工程多级计划为例进行进度管控、分析、纠偏,提出多级计划管理体系的优势及意义,同时指出进度监控需结合费用、资源、风险等多种因素进行集成管理。Based on the water conservancy and hydropower project,this paper analyzes the problems that are easy to occur in the process control of large-scale complex projects,and takes the multilevel schedule of a water conservancy and hydropower project as an example to carry out the progress control,analysis and rectification,and put forward the advantages and significance of the multilevel schedule management system.At the same time,it is pointed out that the progress monitoring needs integrated management combined with various factors such as cost,resources and risk.
