摘 要:为解决南岭煤业矿井采掘接替紧张的难题,提高工作面煤炭采出率、巷道利用率,设计在该矿的5212工作面进行无巷旁充填体沿空留巷技术应用实践,对其具体的留巷支护方案和参数进行设计研究,通过现场应用和围岩位移观测得知,5212轨道运输顺槽最终成功留巷长度达640m,占整个留巷长度的86.5%,使该矿减少了三个掘进工作面,消除了区段煤柱,使每个工作面多采出12.45t煤炭资源,取得了良好的应用效果。To solve the problem of LAN nanling coal mine mining to replace tension, improve the working face coal recovery rate and utilization rate of roadway, design in the mine 5212 working face of no technology for filling body along the lane, the specific support plan and parameters for design of the study, through field application and the surrounding rock displacement observation, 5212 rail transport gateway eventually successful left lane length of 640 m, accounted for 86.5% of the entire left lane length, reduce the mine for three tunneling faces, eliminates the segment each working face coal pillar produced 12.45 t of the coal resources, has obtained the good application effect.
