摘  要:计及多能互补系统出力特性的分散式风电可增装机评估方法(Increasable Installed Capacity Evaluation Method,IICEM)从电压等级、接入方案、装机容量和消纳要求等4个方面出发,研究分散式风电规划的原则。基于变电站新能源、常规电源的现状规模、发展情况以及负荷水平,确定分散式风电可增装机(IIC)指标,作为分散式风电规划的基本理论。分析风电、光伏出力和负荷之间的耦合特性,并基于该特性计算分析220 kV变电站和110 kV及以下变电站的IIC指标,适用性和可移植性良好。The principle of decentralized wind power planning is studied from four aspects,such as:voltage level,access scheme,installed capacity and consumption requirement. Based on the current situation and the development of renewable energy installation,combined with the load level,the index of decentralized wind power increasable installed capacity(IIC)is determined as the basic theory of wind power planning. Afterwards,the coupling characteristics between wind power,photovoltaic and load are analyzed. Based on the characteristics,the IIC indexes of 220 kV substations and 110 kV substations and below are calculated and analyzed,which are actually applicable.
