摘　　要：为客观评价我院较高水平论文及其作者、提高整体学术研究水平,以中国知网为统计源,用文献计量学方法对2009-2018年发表在期刊上的我院高被引论文情况进行了统计分析.统计结果表明,近10年来,我院共有2919篇刊文被引,总被引频次为9418;有255篇高被引论文,基金论文占47.06%,硕/博士生论文占67.84%;高被引论文的总被引频次为4655;核心期刊的高被引论文占80.90%;按单篇论文被引频次统计,核心期刊的高被引论文占72.41%.最后,就提高我院论文被引频次,提出了完善科研评价体系、提高科研人员积极性,注重重点学科科研、提升教员的科研探索精神,强化学术热点意识、提高论文的学术影响力等相应建议.In order to objectively evaluate the high-level papers and their authors in air force early warning academy (AFEW) and improve the overall academic research level, this paper takes China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the statistical source and uses method of literature metrology to make a statistical analysis on the AFEW authors’highly cited papers published in journals from 2009 to 2018. Statistical results show that in the past 10 years, a total of 2919 AFEW authors’published papers have been cited, with 9418 times of citation in total;there are 255 highly cited papers, of which 47.06% are funded papers, 67.84% written by master and doctoral students, totally cited 4655 times for these highly cited papers;the cited papers in core journals accounts for 80.90%;according to the statistics of citation frequency of a single paper, the papers highly cited by core journals account for 72.41%. Finally, in order to increase the citation frequency of published papers written by AFEW’s authors, this paper puts forward such corresponding suggestions as perfecting the evaluation system of scientific research, raising the enthusiasm of scientific researchers, paying attention to the scientific research on key subjects, enhancing the spirit of scientific research exploration of teachers, strengthening the awareness of academic hot spots, and improving the academic influence of papers.
