冷风机的布置形式对冰温库温度分布影响的研究

摘  要:冷风机的布置形式对冰温库的温度均匀性有较大的影响,对实际使用的冰温库温度进行了模拟分析和实际测量。在冷风机分别布置为侧面安装单出风口、吊顶安装双出风口和吊顶安装四个出风口时,利用流体力学软件模拟了冰温库在不同的冷风机布置形式下的温度分布,同时实际测量了冷风机侧面安装单出风口和吊顶安装双出风口两种布置形式下不同截面测点的温度,并与其模拟温度进行了对比。结果表明:冷风机吊顶安装四个出风口时冰温库的温度分布更均匀。The arrangement of the air cooler has a great influence on the temperature uniformity of the ice temperature storage,and the temperature field of ice temperature storage in the actual use was simulated and measured.When the air cooler has side single air outlet or suspended ceiling double air outlet or suspended ceiling four air outlets respectively,the fluid dynamics software was used to simulate the temperature field distribution of the ice temperature storage in different arrangement form of air cooler,and the temperature of different cross section measuring points is measured,and the temperature then will be compared with the simulated temperature.The results show that the temperature distribution is more uniform in the four air outlets of suspended ceiling.
