摘  要:由于体积压裂改造体积表征的局限性,复杂裂缝网络中支撑剂运移和分布的实验研究相对较少。基于DFN(离散化缝网)模型和HFN(线网)模型这2种主要体积压裂缝网理论模型,结合实验装置研制的便利性与可操作性,利用耐压(2MPa)有机玻璃板研制了一套缝网结构可变、可视化的长方体状复杂缝网模拟装置。该装置能进行“-”、“T”、“+”、“TT”、“TF”、“H”型等不同缝网结构的支撑剂运移和分布规律的模拟。实际应用结果表明,支撑剂在复杂裂缝网络交叉节点处会出现分流,呈现出“突降”的砂堤形态;支撑剂在缝口附近次生裂缝的分流,会呈现出“斜坡状”的砂堤形态。该装置的模拟实验有助于体积压裂理论的进一步发展,也为体积压裂加砂方案的优化提供了一定的实验技术基础。The experimental research on proppant agent migration and distribution in fracture network is relatively less,because of limitation of characterization of stimulated reservoir volume(SRV).Therefore,based on two theoretical models of main volume fracturing network,combined with the convenience and maneuverability of experimental device,a cuboid device of fracture network composed of the Plexiglas is developed,it has the function of variable fracture network structure and visualization,and can simulate the proppant agent transportation and distribution under various fracture networks("-","T","+","TT","TF","H"types).The results indicate that proppant diverts at the intersection of complex fracture network,induces a"sudden drop"of sand embankment.The shunt of secondary cracks near the opening will show a sloping sand embankment.The simulated experiment is beneficial for further development of volume fracturing theory.It provides a certain experimental technical basis for the optimization of sand addition scheme for volume fracturing.
