摘 要:木霉属(Trichoderma)真菌资源丰富,具有重要的生防潜力。初步研究了实验室保藏的247个木霉菌株对灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌效果,对峙培养结果表明,69个木霉菌株对灰葡萄孢菌的拮抗指数大于80%。利用部分拮抗效果稳定的木霉菌株进行非挥发性物质筛选试验,其中12个菌株对 B.cinerea 表现出明显的抑制作用。离体叶片和果实的抑病试验表明,菌株M13033-1表现出显著抑制黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)灰霉病作用, TEF1-α基因和 RPB2 基因的系统发育分析显示,该菌株为非洲哈茨木霉(Trichoderma afroharzianum)。Trichoderma is rich in fungal resources and has important biocontrol potential.The inhibition effect of 247 strains of Trichoderma preserved in the laboratory against Botrytis cinerea is studied.The results of confrontation culture show that the antagonistic index of 69 Trichoderma strains against Botrytis cinereais more than 80%.The screening test of non-volatile substances is carried out on some selected strains of Trichoderma with stable antagonistic effect.The results indicate that 12 of them shows obvious inhibition to B.cinerea.The leaf and fruit experiments in vitro show that the strain M13033-1 significantly inhibites grey mold in cucumber(Cucumis sativus).Phylogenetic analysis based on sequences of TEF1-α and RPB2 genes show that M13033-1 is Trichoderma afroharzianum.
