摘 要:针对有关过冷水动态蓄冰技术的相关热点话题,首先就过冷水动态蓄冰系统与冰盘管静态蓄冰系统的运行效率展开讨论,其次就过冷水动态蓄冰系统的预热冷损耗及降低预热冷损耗的方法进行深入分析。得出的结论是:采用载冷剂间接换热方式的过冷水动态蓄冰系统运行效率低于冰盘管静态蓄冰系统,直接蒸发换热的过冷水动态蓄冰系统运行稳定性有待提高,过冷水动态蓄冰系统的各种冷量损耗是客观存在的,一般占制冷机组冷量的25%~40%,目前已知的各种降低预热冷损耗的方法在系统成本、节能效果、运行稳定性等方面尚有很大提升空间。Aimed at hot topics related to dynamic ice storage technology with sub-cooled water,firstly,the operation efficiency of dynamic ice storage system with sub-cooled water and static ice storage system with ice coil is discussed;secondly,the cooling loss for preheating of dynamic ice storage with sub-cooled water and the methods to reduce the cooling loss for preheating are analyzed in depth. It is concluded that: the operation efficiency of dynamic ice storage system with sub-cooled water using indirect heat transfer by secondary refrigerant is still lower than that of static ice storage system with ice coil,and the operation stability of dynamic ice storage system with sub-cooled water for direct evaporation heat transfer needs to be improved. Various kinds of cooling loss in dynamic ice storage system with sub-cooled water exist objectively,which account for 25%-40% of the cooling capacity of the refrigeration unit generally. The known methods of reducing cooling loss for preheating still have great room for improvement in system cost,energy-saving effect and operation stability at present.
