摘  要:钢丝帘线是轮胎的主要骨架材料,主要用于全钢载重子午胎的胎体和带束层,轻卡子午胎和轿车子午胎的带束层,以及0°带束层。本文结合窄钢丝冠带条挤出覆胶生产实例,详细介绍了电磁加热器对钢丝感应加热原理,使移动钢帘线在进入挤出机覆胶前预热到70~80℃,有效解决了钢丝冠带条覆胶效果,大大提高生产速度,最终满足子午线轮胎新工艺要求和提高轮胎产品质量。Steel cord is the main skeleton material of tires. It is mainly used for the carcass and belt layer of all-steel radial truck tires, the belt layer of light truck radial tires and car radial tires, and the 0° belt layer. This paper combines the production example of narrow steel wire strip extrusion coating, and introduces the induction heating principle of electromagnetic heater to steel wire. Preheating the moving steel cord at 70-80 ℃ before entering the extruder, which effectively solves the coating effect of the steel cap strip and greatly increases the production speed, and finally improves the quality of the tire product and meets the new process requirements of the radial tire.
