摘 要:针对多级串行生产线不平衡、设备故障导致生产线堵塞与生产停滞等问题,通过在合理位置设置缓冲区并优化配置缓冲区容量是个有效的生产线优化途径。文中将多级串行生产线划分成多个两级串行生产线进行研究,建立了两级串行生产线可用度与缓冲区容量之间的数学模型,基于该模型可以指导缓冲区容量进行优化配置。最后运用PlantSimulation仿真软件建立仿真模型并验证该数学模型的准确性,结果证明该缓冲区容量配置方法是可行的。Aiming at the problems of unbalanced multi-stage serial production line,equipment failure and production stagnation,it is an effective production line optimization method to set the buffer at a reasonable position and optimize the configuration buffer capacity.In this paper,the multi-stage serial production line is divided into two two-stage serial production lines for research,and a mathematical model between the availability of the two-stage serial production line and the buffer capacity is established.Based on the model,the buffer capacity can be optimally configured.Finally,using the Plant Simulation simulation software to build the simulation model and verify the accuracy of the mathematical model,the results prove that the buffer capacity configuration method is feasible.
