摘  要:湿法磷酸萃取槽尾气中夹带大量氟化物,高品质回收氟化物既有利于避免环境污染,还可以变废为宝。本方法使用清水作为文丘里洗涤器循环水,并定期对文丘里循环槽的含氟循环水进行过滤,降低固体物对引发管道堵塞和减少氟硅酸中杂质。文丘里洗涤器的尾气出口依次连接有三级洗涤塔,采用三级逆流洗涤方式,其中使用经除氟处理的循环水,水体中含氟量较低,有利于尾气中的氟充分洗除,以满足尾气达标排放的要求;该方法既回收高品质的氟硅酸溶液,充分利用氟资源,又避免氟排放污染环境,经济效益和社会效益显著。There are a lot of off-gas fluorine derived from extraction tank of wet-process phosphoric acid.Reuse of these fluorine is benefit to fluorine resource development and environmental health.This work used clear water as recycled water of venturi scrubber,and recycled water was regularly filtered to reduce solid matter blocking pipeline and impurity mingling into fluorine product.?Off-gas exit of venturi scrubber connected with three-step scrubbing towers operated by countercurrent washing,which used fluorine declined water to reduce content of gas fluorine.This method can be used to collect high quality fluorine product and avoid environmental pollution.
